At AerosolsRus, we offer delivery services across the UK. This policy explains our dispatch cut-off times, delivery services, working days, Bank Holidays and what you can expect after placing your order.

AerosolsRus is the trading style of Tameside Paints & Supplies Ltd.

1. Our 13:00 Dispatch Cut-Off

Our standard dispatch cut-off time is 13:00 Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day will normally be processed for dispatch that same working day, subject to product availability, production requirements and any checks that may be necessary.

Orders placed after 13:00 will normally be processed for dispatch on the next working day.

2. What Does Next Working Day Delivery Mean?

Our Prime Next Working Day service is a delivery service for orders that have been dispatched on a working day.

Next Working Day does not mean next calendar day. It means the next working day following dispatch, subject to the service terms and any circumstances outside our control.

For example:

• Monday before 13:00: dispatched Monday → normally delivered Tuesday.
• Monday after 13:00: dispatched Tuesday → normally delivered Wednesday.
• Friday before 13:00: dispatched Friday → normally delivered Monday.
• Friday after 13:00: dispatched Monday → normally delivered Tuesday.

3. Friday Orders & Bank Holidays

Orders placed after the 13:00 Friday cut-off will normally be dispatched on the following Monday, provided that Monday is a normal working day and is not a Bank Holiday.

Where Monday is a Bank Holiday, the next working day will normally be Tuesday.

This is particularly important when selecting a Next Working Day service around weekends and Bank Holidays.

4. Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery: £4.95

Our standard delivery service is normally 3–5 working days.

Standard Delivery is free on orders over £75, subject to any applicable postcode or delivery restrictions.

Working days are normally Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

5. Prime Next Working Day Delivery

Prime Next Working Day: £9.95

This service is offered for customers who require a faster delivery service.

Orders placed before the 13:00 working-day cut-off will normally be dispatched the same working day and are intended for delivery on the following working day.

Orders placed after 13:00 will normally be dispatched on the next working day, meaning the delivery date will move accordingly.

Please carefully consider weekends and Bank Holidays when calculating your expected delivery date.

6. Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery: £12.95

Saturday delivery is available where the service is selected and the order is eligible for Saturday delivery.

Orders must be placed within the applicable dispatch time for the Saturday service to be available.

Availability may vary depending on the delivery address and carrier service.

7. Scottish Highlands & Other Remote Areas

Additional delivery charges apply to certain Scottish Highlands, Scottish Remote and Offshore postcodes and other areas where carrier charges are higher.

For applicable Scottish Highlands postcodes, the additional charge is £14.95.

Additional charges may also apply to Scottish Remote & Offshore locations, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and other remote or offshore destinations where applicable.

Where an additional delivery charge applies, this will be shown during the ordering process where possible.

8. Weekends & Bank Holidays

Our normal dispatch operation is based on working days.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not normally treated as working days for standard dispatch purposes.

This means that an order placed after the 13:00 cut-off immediately before a weekend or Bank Holiday will normally be processed on the next available working day.

9. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates based on the service selected and the normal operation of the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive delivery tracking information where tracking is available.

Although our Prime service is intended to provide Next Working Day delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, carrier operational issues and other unforeseen events.

10. Custom-Filled & Made-to-Order Products

Aerosols and other products that are custom-filled, custom-mixed or prepared specifically to your requirements may require production time before dispatch.

Where an order requires preparation or manufacture before dispatch, the delivery timescale begins once the order has been prepared and dispatched.

The 13:00 cut-off is therefore a dispatch cut-off and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every custom-made product will be dispatched immediately.

11. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your delivery address, postcode, contact telephone number and email address are correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

12. Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's network and operating conditions.

If your tracking information indicates a delay or your expected delivery date has passed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

13. Delivery Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the products before disposing of any packaging materials.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.

14. Important Delivery Information

When selecting a delivery service, please remember:

• 13:00 is our normal working-day dispatch cut-off.
• Orders placed after 13:00 normally move to the next working day for dispatch.
• Next Working Day delivery means the next working day after dispatch, not the next calendar day.
• Weekends and Bank Holidays do not normally count as working days.
• Custom-filled and made-to-order products may require preparation before dispatch.
• Remote and offshore postcodes may be subject to additional charges and delivery times.
