HMG Hardener 9004 Standard is a medium-solids isocyanate hardener for use in recommended HMG 2K/two-pack coating systems. Its product code is CUR9004. It is mixed with the appropriate HMG base component, and HMG states that the relevant mixing instructions are given on the base component rather than on the hardener itself.
Key technical details: the product data lists a flashpoint of 27°C, VOC content of 0.580 kg/L, storage between 5°C and 25°C with cans kept sealed when not in use, and a 12-month shelf life from delivery in original sealed containers.
Because it contains isocyanates, it is intended for professional use only. HMG advises users to read the SDS, TDS, and tin label before use, and to wear suitable air-fed respiratory equipment when spraying.
