Protect and enhance painted surfaces with MOTIP Clear Coat Matt This fast-drying, transparent acrylic lacquer creates a smooth, durable high-gloss finish while helping to protect the underlying surface against scratches, minor impacts, UV exposure, chemicals and changing weather conditions. It also offers excellent adhesion and helps reduce fading and corrosion.
Suitable for treated and untreated wood, metal, aluminium, glass, stone and various types of plastic, it is ideal for automotive paintwork, machinery, equipment, furniture, decorative items, restoration work and general DIY projects.

For the best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from grease, dust, rust or loose paint. Lightly sand the surface where appropriate, shake the aerosol thoroughly and apply several thin, even coats from approximately 25–30cm away. Under suitable conditions, the coating is dust-dry in approximately 5–10 minutes, touch-dry in 10–20 minutes and fully hardened or recoatable after around two hours. Drying times may vary depending on temperature, humidity and the thickness of the applied coats. Always follow the preparation, application and safety instructions printed on the aerosol.
